Services Provided
Minimum Notary Fees in the State of California:

Notarization with Acknowledgement $15

Notarization with Jurat $15

Certified Copy Power of Attorney $15 + copy fees

$15 for oath and $15 for Certificate
Basic Notary Services:
We charge the state approved fee of $15 per notarized signature. There is an additional fee for traveling to the client, it is assessed based on the distance; travel fee starts at $25 for the South Bay.

We also provide Escrow Services. We charge $200 per Loan Signing which includes the traveling fee.
Additional Services Provided:
Divorces, Wills, Estate Planning, Power of Attorney, Advance Healthcare Directives, Eviction Defense, Deeds, County Clerk Recorder Filings, UCC Filings, Marriage Licensing , Travel Consent Forms, and many more services provided.
